For Domestic Orders – Within India

  • We provide free delivery for all our products.
  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.
  • Delivery time ranges between 2-5 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that this timeframe may be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • For Made-to-Order items, we require 20-25 days to process your order.

For International Orders – Outside India

  • Orders are dispatched within 5-10 days.
  • For Made-to-Order items, processing requires 20-25 days.
  • We offer free delivery for orders equivalent to ₹25,000 and above.
  • Delivery time ranges between 5-10 days after dispatch, depending on your location. This timeframe might be impacted by public holidays, natural calamities, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • All international orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Custom Duties and Taxes
For international orders, VAT, GST, or any other taxes/duties as per your country are not prepaid and may be levied upon delivery as per your country’s customs guidelines. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Special Jewellery has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
