No Refund Policy

Merchandise Bought at Full Price
We offer a 3-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY after receiving the product for items bought at full price (subject to approval).
Conditions for Exchange:
- Exchanges are allowed only in the case of manufacturing defects upon submission of sufficient proof.
- If the desired product is unavailable, you may choose another product of the same or higher value. Any price difference can be paid via our website.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Process:
- Email us at support@specialjewellerindia.com with your order number and details of the exchange.
- Once approved, courier the merchandise back to us at your expense. Include the original invoice and a note detailing the desired exchange.
- Our team will contact you once the item is received and confirm the exchange.
- The exchanged/Replaced product will be delivered back to you at no additional courier cost within 7 -10 working days.
Note: We do not provide reverse pick-up services.
Merchandise Bought on Discount
- Products purchased during promotional offers or sales are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
International Orders
- All international orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Customers are responsible for any custom duties/charges levied by their respective countries.
